As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. Online Advertising we use

We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise our company across the Internet. AdWords remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of this website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page”. Controlling your Personal Information

Your data will be required and stored for the following duration;

As a subscriber whether on our Monthly, fortnightly or On Demand subscriptions, your data will be required for the legal basis for us to be able to provide you with the flower delivery service you have purchased or signed up to. If you wish to end this transaction and stop your subscription then we will process your final orders and then cancel your subscription and delete all your data from our systems and also from our Third Party providers. We will give you a final chance to opt into still receiving marketing and promotion and updates from FlowerBe prior to removing all your data.

Ownership of data

We retain all rights of ownership on our software, code, databases, designs and any other internally developed application to provide the Site and the Service.

Controlling your personal information

We make every effort to give you access to your personal information, to allow you to correct any inaccuracies, or to remove your personal information at your request provided it is not required for genuine business purposes or by law to be retained.

We require you identify yourself and the information you request to access, remove, modify or correct before commencing such requests.
