How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please contact us at support@flowerbe.co.uk. Please ensure you have quoted your order number or delivery address, so we can quickly locate your order. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we may be unable to cancel close to your dispatch date/time.

I'd like to change my delivery address.

Can I change my delivery date?

How to I apply a discount or voucher code at checkout?

Just pop the unique code into our 'discount code or gift card' box at checkout (this is the page you reach after clicking 'send' on cart page).

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

We send our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24, we charge a delivery cost of £2.95 for Letterbox deliveries and £4.95 for our Parcels.Please note, while 94% of orders arrive next day, due to delays out of our control your gift may arrive up to 2 days after your selected delivery date.

MY GIFT HAS ARRIVED AND FAULTS/QUALITY ISSUES.

Apologies that you’re unhappy with the quality of your flowers or gift – we never like to let our customers down! Please be prepared to send us a photo of the flowers or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery to become eligible for refund or free next delivery. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh flowers. If for some reason you believe they are not fresh or damaged when you receive them, please contact at support@flowerbe.co.uk.

What does the Subscription include?

From vibrant and colourful compositions to delicate and natural displays, our posies are carefully crafted to suit various occasions and personal tastes. Whether you're seeking a burst of joy for your living room, a romantic gesture for a loved one, or a thoughtful gift for a friend, our posies are versatile enough to evoke the perfect emotions.

Once you sign up, you can sit back and relax while we take care of the rest. We handle the entire process, from sourcing the freshest blooms to creating the posies and delivering them to your door. With our commitment to sustainability, we use eco-friendly packaging materials and ensure that every posy is responsibly sourced.

How does the subscription work?

We will aim to dispatch your monthly posy on the 15th of every month (or the closest working day to the 15th). You will then see your beautiful posy through your letterbox within 2 days of dispatch. You will be notified by email when your posy is on its way to you.

If you sign-up for your subscription after the 2nd week of the month - 14th, you will receive your 1st posy the following month.

We charge £15 a month to the date you signed up for your subscription. So, for example if you sign-up on the 11th July, your next charge date will be the 11th August and so on! 

Your posy will last between 1 - 3 weeks, so when your fresh posy arrives it will be the perfect time to replace your previous blooms.


How tall is the posy?

Our posies are approx. 15cm tall and can be displayed in mugs, jars or small container you find at home. They are not your average supermarket bouquet, our posies are small and are made up of a selection of dainty seasonal flower and foliage. 

Perfect addition to any desk, bedside table or wherever you find yourself most.

Why should I choose the monthly subscription?

Once a month, a little box of flowers will be delivered through your letterbox.

Our boxes will always come packed with a mixture of long-lasting stems and seasonal variety. We change our colour schemes on a monthly basis to ensure you're able to enjoy something different each month.

Our selection changes with what is available to pick on the farm and what we source from our sellers, so there's always something different to enjoy.

With our subscriptions, you will receive our monthly limited edition floral postcards. Designed to represent each month/season.

 

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! We offer the choice to pause or cancel your subscription via your subscription portal. If you’re going on holiday or not around to enjoy your monthly posy, you can pause your subscription and un-pause when you’re back!

We offer the ability to cancel your subscription at the touch of a button, you must cancel before your next charge date as your charge will be non-refundable.
