'Colourful' or 'Natural' ?
Our Colourful Botanical Boxes are made up of a beautiful selection of brightly coloured mixed or pastel mixed stems. This posy is full of fun, so it’s perfect to send to an outgoing personality or as a gift to brighten someone’s day.
Our Natural selection is made up of mainly white, green and natural tones, occasionally we’ll add some very pale pastel accents. Choose this if you are unsure if someone loves colour or if you are mindful of sending flowers that will tone with a specific interior. This box is better suited to quieter occasions.
Caring for a letterbox posy on arrival
This is a simple gesture to send or treat to yourself. So, with this in mind, we have made preparing and caring for the flowers very simple and easy to understand. You do not have to be an expert arranger to enjoy this creative experience.
Just remember you have ordered a micro-posy which stands at around 15cm tall once the stems are cut. This cutie fits into something small - a special container, mug, glass or jar. It’s designed to lift spirits and the fun is adding an individual stamp with the container you choose!
Unlike larger flower deliveries no flower food is needed, and no specialist vases are required. The life span of our posy is between 10-20 days in the vase.
The botanical posy is suitable for drying. Once the flowers are spent and, to enjoy your posy for longer, simply tie the stems with twine and hang on a hook in a warm dry place.
You may recognise some of the ingredients as edible herbs. Please do not cook or eat these stems. The botanical posy is designed for decorative purposes only.
Arranging your FlowerBe Botanical Posy
BEFORE YOU ARRANGE YOUR POSY
So many of our customers choose to pair their Posy with our perfectly shaped Leaf Botanical Vase. Or choose your own favourite container. This could be a mug, jam jar or a spent candle glass. Always ensure your vase is clean. To prepare your flowers, simply snip the ends off the stems at a 45 degree angle before arranging. No flower food needed!
THE BASICS
The seasonal ingredients of our botanical posies tend to change weekly and we often include a range of different seasonal stems. This means that no posy you send or receive will be the same. You can however categorise your flowers as each stem has a purpose in the overall design.
STAR: Cornflower, Craspedia, Ornithogalum, Dianthus
SUPPORT: Narcissus, Scabious seedhead, Statice Limonium
FILLER: Limonium, Waxflower, Chrysanthemum, Stallion, Mint
FOLIAGE: Rosemary, Pittosporum, Eucalyptus
Begin your arrangement by placing your Filler stems and Foliage stems evenly throughout your vase. Add your Support stems in the empty spaces to add texture and colour to your arrangement.
Finish off by placing your Star flower, which will hold its position with the help of your other stems. Adjust your arrangement by gently pulling your stems into place to create your overall outline shape.

Will my order arrive on the day I select?
We dispatch our orders with the intention to arrive on your selected delivery date using Royal Mail 24. This can be 24-48hrs before your chosen date. Your order should arrive within 24hrs, however due to delays via Royal Mail or events that are out of our control, we're unable to guarantee delivery on that date. If your order does not arrive within 48hrs after dispatch, please get in touch.
My order has been dispatched but has not arrived?
Due to delays with Royal Mail, your orders may take a little longer to get to you. If your order still has not reached you within 3 days of your delivery date, please e-mail support@flowerbe.co.uk and we can investigate this for you.
I have sent an enquiry but no one has got back to me yet?
We’re currently operating on skeletal staff so it is taking a little longer to get back to customers. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
I accidentally put the wrong delivery address on my order, can I change this?
Yes you can, however ensure that you let us know the correct delivery address at least 48hrs before your chosen delivery date. If we’re notified less than 48hrs before the delivery date, we can not guarantee we’re able to amend the delivery address on your order.
We do not accept any address changes on day of dispatch (1 day before your selected delivery date).
My flowers have arrived damaged or not as fresh as they should be, what do I do?
Apologies that you’re unhappy with the quality of your flowers – we never like to let our customers down! Please be prepared to send us a photo of the flowers within 48 hours of receipt to become eligible for refund or free next delivery. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh flowers. If for some reason you believe they are not fresh or damaged when you receive them, please contact at support@flowerbe.co.uk.
My subscription box hasn’t arrived on my usual delivery date?
We’re sorry to hear that your subscription box has not arrived on time! We’re doing our best to get as many orders out as possible.

Can I get a VAT receipt for my order?
Yes! Please e-mail us at support@flowerbe.co.uk and we can issue this. I’d like to cancel my subscription. We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to cancel your subscription. Please contact support@flowerbe.co.uk and we can process your cancellation within 48hrs.
I’d like to set-up a Subscription; however, I’ve noticed at check-out it says ‘Auto-Renew’...
I do not want my subscription to auto-renew... The disclaimer is there to let our monthly subscribers (who pay a rolling monthly fee of £11.95) that it auto-renews every month. Subscribers that have paid for upfront subscriptions (3, 6 or 12 months) do not get charged again once their subscription ends and is charged once.
I have tried setting up my subscription using my gift card number; however I have been asked for payment details...
I do not want to provide my payment details… Unfortunately, as we host on Shopify - they do require customers to enter payment details even if they’re just redeeming a subscription. If you’d like us to set up your subscription manually, please e-mail support@flowerbe.co.uk.
