COVID-19 Delivery Update

During the current COVID-19 Pandemic, we at FlowerBe are working as hard as we can to deliver flowers and gifts to your loved ones.

Due to local and national lockdowns and health and safety guidelines that have been implemented, our operations have changed to ensure staff safety and a pleasant experience for our customers.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY

We dispatch your order 48h-24hrs before your chosen delivery date (to ensure freshness on arrival) via Royal Mail 24. 


Your order should arrive within 24hrs, however due to delays via Royal Mail or events that are out of our control, we're unable to guarantee delivery on your chosen date. 

Areas within the UK are not receiving deliveries via Royal Mail

In January, Royal Mail published a list of 28 areas within the UK that are suffering from limited or non-existent deliveries via Royal Mail.

If you place an order to one of the post-codes in the areas above, we are unable to guarantee delivery and you will be ordering at your own risk. We are not obliged to refund/replace orders to the areas above.

FedEx

We currently dispatch our Deluxe Homecraft Bouquets and  Festive House Flowers via FedEx. We dispatch using FedEx Next Day Delivery.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

We are now dispatching our subscriptions on Thursdays and Fridays to ensure variety in your fortnightly or monthly boxes. We can not guarantee your subscription will arrive on the exact same date each month but you will receive monthly boxes.

'I have chosen a delivery date, will my order arrive on my chosen date?'

If your order does not arrive within 48hrs after dispatch, please get in touch via e-mail and we can investigate your order and resolve any issues. 


'Can I change my delivery address?'

Of course! Please let us know the new delivery details and we can amend your order.

Please ensure you have alerted us of new address change within 48hrs of your chosen delivery date. We can not guarantee your delivery details can be amended if told too close to your dispatch date.

'My order has arrived at the wrong address'

Oh no! That should not have happened. Please get in touch with a member of our team at support@flowerbe.co.uk and we can investigate and resolve this with you.

  

'My order has not arrived on time.'

We're so sorry to hear that your order has not arrived on time. Your order should arrive within 24hrs, however due to delays via Royal Mail or events that are out of our control due to covid, we're unable to guarantee delivery on that date.

'My order has arrived but the flowers are dead/damaged.'

. So sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the quality of your flowers – we never like to let our customers down! Please send us a photo of the flowers and we can help you. 

We pride ourselves on delivering fresh flowers. If for some reason you believe they are not fresh or damaged when you receive them, please contact at support@flowerbe.co.uk a member of our team can help you further.
