We send our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24, we charge a delivery cost of £2.95 for Letterbox deliveries and £4.95 for our Parcels. Please note, while 94% of orders arrive next day, due to delays out of our control your gift may arrive up to 2 days after your selected delivery date.

Apologies that you’re unhappy with the quality of your flowers or gift – we never like to let our customers down! Please be prepared to send us a photo of the flowers or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery to become eligible for refund or free next delivery. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh flowers. If for some reason you believe they are not fresh or damaged when you receive them, please contact at support@flowerbe.co.uk.
