Will my order arrive on the day I select?

We dispatch our orders with the intention to arrive on your selected delivery date using Royal Mail 24. Your order should arrive within 24hrs, however due to delays via Royal Mail or events that are out of our control, we're unable to guarantee delivery on that date. If your order does not arrive within 48hrs after dispatch, please get in touch.

Do you offer tracked delivery? 
Yes, we do! We're able to send our Botanical Boxes tracked via Royal Mail. Simply contact us at support@flowerbe.co.uk and we can arrange this for you. 
Do you deliver on weekends? 
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver on weekends. The days we currently deliver on are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 
Do you deliver outside of the UK? 
Unfortunately do not offer international delivery. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Tracking says that my order was delivered, but it has not.
We’re sorry to hear that your order has not been delivered. Please contact us at support@flowerbe.co.uk and we can investigate this for you. 
My order has not arrived...
We’re sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. Please follow the steps below and we will do our very best to help you. Orders arriving via Royal Mail It is the responsibility of the customers to check if the order has arrived or not arrived, whether it is a gift or not. We can only go off tracking information provided by our delivery couriers. 
Please allow up to 48hrs before contacting us as there could be slight delays with Royal Mail. If your order remains undelivered after 48hrs, please contact us at support@flowerbe.co.uk
Orders arriving via FedEx We need to be alerted up to 5 days after scheduled delivery if the flowers are damaged or if the item has not arrived or delivered to the wrong address/person. 
It is the responsibility of the customers to check if the order has arrived or not arrived, whether it is a gift or not. We can only go off tracking information provided by delivery couriers. If your box does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we may offer a replacement. 
For a refund we will need to wait until after 7 working days have passed, in line FedEx's delivery terms. All attempted deliveries are easier followed up initially via FedEx as we cannot contact on your behalf for Data Protection rules and regulation, you can visit FedEx’s customer services on 0345 600 0068 to open a claim if you have had a problem with the delivery of your item or have not received the package or a delivery note.
